Principal Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements for Azure applications and resources.
• Build a platform for moving Azure resources across regions.
• Create a long-term vision and roadmap for resource moves.
• Establish KPIs and drive execution through collaboration.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10-14 years of technical engineering experience.
• 2+ years as an engineering manager with a focus on cloud computing.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with distributed systems in the cloud.
• Familiarity with public cloud services like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
