Principal Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically own and lead the full spectrum of features from conception to deployment.
• Directly manage and mentor a dedicated team of 9 to 12 software engineers.
• Architect and engineer large-scale distributed software services and solutions.
• Champion modern software engineering practices and drive system design.
• Enhance test coverage and proactively address problem areas.
• Engage in on-call rotations for expert support and debugging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience.
• Exceptional skills in leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing software development teams.
