Principal Software Engineering Manager - Halo Studios

This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the vision for workflow innovation that accelerates creative and operational processes.
• Provide architectural leadership and partner with CI/CD and automation teams.
• Develop and maintain platforms that unify data and enhance collaboration.
• Mentor and grow a small engineering team focused on integration and automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, or Python.
• Demonstrated record of improving workflows and pipelines.

Tech stack:

Experience with CI/CD, automation frameworks, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
