Principal Software Engineering Manager, CoreAI

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring in-office work 3 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach engineers, fostering collaboration and inclusion.
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform product direction.
• Ensure seamless integration and delivery of features across the stack.
• Engage with customers to capture feedback and refine product messaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
