Principal Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Vancouver, Canada, and involves leading a team to redefine collaboration within Microsoft Teams.

Compensation:

CAD $142,400 - CAD $257,500 per year

Responsibilities:

• Guide partnerships with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
• Lead teams in optimizing and debugging critical systems.
• Own on-call quality and practices, ensuring system reliability.
• Drive product development and scaling to meet customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 6+ years of people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based features and optimizations.
