Overview:
As a Principal Software Engineer, you will provide technical leadership for AI workstreams, build features, and coach junior engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
- Drive design document development for products and services.
- Optimize and debug code for performance and maintainability.
- Conduct experiments to assess changes and monitor developments.
- Mentor and guide other engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
