Principal Software Engineer

This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for AI workstreams and build high-quality features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements and drive project plans.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure system reliability and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of experience in coding (C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python).
• Experience in fullstack or backend development, preferably with generative AI applications.
