Overview:

The Microsoft Edge Browser Security Team is responsible for securing Edge client code, engaging with developers, performing proactive vulnerability research, and ensuring reactive response flows are maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide line management to a team of engineers.
  • Help develop and grow engineers.
  • Plan and execute strategies for growing Edge’s capabilities.
  • Oversee security response work.
  • Collaborate with other security teams across Microsoft.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Doctorate or Master's in relevant fields with experience in software development lifecycle and cybersecurity.
  • 1+ year(s) people management experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience with relevant security research and writing basic exploits.
  • Development and deployment of fuzz testing and/or static analysis software.
