Overview:
Health Futures is a Research and Incubation team working at the intersection of computer science, signal processing, machine learning, and biomedicine. We are looking for a Principal Researcher to help improve access to advanced medical imaging.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of state-of-the-art image reconstruction methods for MRI, combining traditional signal processing with AI-based methods.
- Utilize expertise in MRI physics to design novel approaches to data acquisition.
- Conduct research on instrument calibration and image acquisition strategies in the context of AI.
- Write scientific publications and present findings at scientific meetings.
Qualifications:
Required: Doctorate in physics, engineering, or relevant field with 3+ years of research experience.
Preferred: Experience with MRI pulse sequences, AI applications in imaging, and knowledge of open standards for MRI.
