Compensation:
USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Own the feature request pipeline and drive prioritization frameworks.
- Influence Windows planning by advocating for prioritized requests.
- Build trusted partnerships with feature team leaders.
- Integrate into planning processes and track delivery.
- Collaborate with Windows Ecosystem & Commercial Engagement teams.
- Evaluate ROI of requested Windows features.
- Drive transparency and accountability in request status communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- Deep understanding of the Windows development and release cycle.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and build trust.
- Proficient program management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Windows ecosystem and commercial customer needs is a plus.
