Principal Product Manager

This role is based in Redmond, WA, requiring 3 days a week in-office presence.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead growth strategy for D365 Contact Center.
• Create business plans and monitor key performance indicators.
• Drive go-to-market alignment with Marketing, Product, and Sales.
• Establish strategic partnerships to enhance D365 Contact Center.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years in product management or software development.
• Experience leading initiatives across multiple companies.
• Cross-functional leadership in product, sales, and stakeholder management.
