Principal Product Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Overview:

You will be responsible for understanding user and business needs, defining clear requirements, and driving execution across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Influence others to drive business impact and track success criteria.
• Translate business goals into strategy, user experience, and technical requirements.
• Define feature sets and facilitate usability reviews with customers.
• Collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for product development.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.

Preferred:

• 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams in AI or related fields.
• Proficiency in data analytics and experimentation tools.
