Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Overview:

The Copilot Extensibility and Developer Platform (CxDev) team is responsible for enabling customers to extend Microsoft 365 Copilot with agents, connectors, and APIs. The Principal Product Manager will work directly with strategic customers to develop and deploy AI agents, validating feasibility and guiding design tradeoffs.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer engagements and pilots to co-develop AI agents.
  • Set product and scenario strategies for AI agents.
  • Establish internal programs to validate architecture and productivity impact.
  • Partner with internal teams to design and deploy AI agents.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years in product management or software development.
  • 5+ years in B2B customer-facing roles in software.

Preferred:

  • 12+ years in product management or software development.
  • Experience taking a product to market and improving product metrics.
