Principal Product Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Overview:

You will own the strategy and execution for how Windows ships new experiences and devices, influencing critical engineering decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategy for Windows flighting systems and feature delivery platforms.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable engineering decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and legal teams.
• Define and track metrics for program health and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• 6+ years of product/program management with a track record of shipping data-powered features.
• Ability to influence without authority across teams.
