Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the Supportability-by-Design strategy across engineering teams.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supportability and enhance self-service capabilities.
  • Leverage data analytics to predict incident trends and guide investments in diagnostics.
  • Partner with various teams to implement supportability improvements at scale.
  • Advocate for customers internally to drive product decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Security products and experience in cloud or enterprise security ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of identity, security, compliance, and device management technologies.
