Principal Product Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead product vision and strategy for AI-driven customer service solutions.
• Engage with customers and partners to identify trends and pain points.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Measure product success through KPIs and drive adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product management or software development.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS products and AI/ML technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful products at scale.
