Principal Product Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a focus on shaping the future of the Windows Developer ecosystem.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Identify and explore new product opportunities across the developer ecosystem.
• Define product vision and articulate scenarios influencing direction across teams.
• Rapidly build high-fidelity prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Engage with the developer community to gather feedback and insights.
• Advocate for developer-first design principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/program management or software development.
• Significant experience building software and writing high-quality prototype code.
• Proven track record of using user research to inform product decisions.
