Principal Product Manager

This position is based at the Redmond campus with 3 days per week work in the office and 2 days per week work from home.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Overview:

Lead the Product-led Growth strategy for M365 Copilot, collaborating with design and engineering teams to enhance user experience across Microsoft products.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute on the Product-led Growth strategy for M365 Copilot adoption.
• Articulate a phased product vision aligned with Microsoft’s business objectives.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to optimize the M365 Copilot experience.
• Engage with customers to ensure strong qualitative understanding of product quality.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.

Preferred:

• 8-10+ years of experience in product/program management within large-scale technology firms.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple product groups.
