Principal Product Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Own platform strategy and roadmap for AI experiences.
• Deliver core AI platform capabilities and define quality metrics.
• Engage with partners across Microsoft to track measurable outcomes.
• Lead customer-centered product development.
• Anticipate future platform needs and deliver improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management or software development.
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
• Preferred: 4+ years experience taking a product to market and understanding AI/ML systems.
