USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver intelligent user experiences across Windows Shell surfaces.
- Translate customer insights into product strategy using the Jobs To Be Done framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of product features.
- Present product vision to executives and mentor peers.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize backlogs.
- Make data-informed decisions to guide product iteration.
- Launch products with precision and ensure compliance with security best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years in product/service/project management or software development.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design.
- 1+ years of experience with AI assistants or agents.
