Principal Product Manager

This position is located in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver intelligent user experiences across Windows Shell surfaces.
• Translate customer insights into product strategy using the Jobs To Be Done framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of product features.
• Present product vision to executives and mentor peers.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize backlogs.
• Make data-informed decisions to guide product iteration.
• Launch products with precision and ensure compliance with security best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years in product/service/project management or software development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design.
• 1+ years of experience with AI assistants or agents.
