Principal Product Manager - Office AI Team

This role is based in Redmond, WA, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
• Create trusted partnerships and working relationships across Microsoft.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management or software development.
• Experience building products in the AI space, including practical knowledge of large language models (LLMs).
• 5+ years of product management experience including building and scaling API-driven and enterprise software products.
