Compensation:
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Define the multi-year product vision and strategy for MAI’s Metrics Evaluation, Agentic Automation, and Testing Platforms.
- Lead cross-team execution for complex initiatives spanning Copilot, Bing, Edge, and MSN.
- Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, HR, and Compliance teams to ensure platforms are compliant-by-design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- 3+ years people management experience.
Tech stack:
Experience with LLM, Big Data, Machine Learning, and Data Mining.
