Responsibilities:

  • Define & drive print platform modernization, developing a unified print experience.
  • Align plans with Windows Core OS strategic initiatives and gain leadership buy-in for architectural changes.
  • Modernize the print user experience by leading efforts to replace legacy print dialogs.
  • Work with engineering teams to implement features ensuring competitive print quality and performance.
  • Establish and track quality metrics to improve print reliability.
  • Lead the transition to a driverless printing ecosystem.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring as a people manager.
  • Engage with top printer OEMs to encourage adoption and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • Proven leadership in program management with a track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems and device technologies.
  • Excellent skills in leading cross-team initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
  • Passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
  • Outstanding communication skills to articulate strategy and technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in using data to define success and measure progress.
