Principal Product Manager

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product strategy and vision aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a multi-year product roadmap.
• Conduct market research and customer insights to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new features.
• Build strong relationships with customers and advocate for their needs.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of Product Management experience in software or cloud services.
• Demonstrated success in leading AI-first or data-driven product initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the contact center or CRM industry.
• In-depth knowledge of generative AI and machine learning technologies.
