Principal Product Manager

This position is based in Hyderabad, India, with a focus on leading product direction and outcomes for MAI Suggestions.

Responsibilities:

• Own product direction and outcomes for a major area within MAI Suggestions.
• Set and sustain a high-velocity product operating rhythm.
• Identify and lead high-impact opportunities to improve user engagement.
• Frame ambiguous problem spaces and define clear success metrics.
• Lead cross-team initiatives, influencing partner teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• Proven track record of leading large-scope initiatives.
• Strong product judgment and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
