Principal Product Manager

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

• Define the evaluation framework for Teams Search, including classical and LLM-era metrics.
• Lead human evaluation design and maintain evaluation harness.
• Define product requirements for AI-powered search features.
• Own success metrics hierarchy and conduct A/B experiments.
• Mentor junior PMs and collaborate with partner teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product management or software development.
• Experience in search or AI-powered products.
• Hands-on experience with evaluation frameworks for search or AI systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with applied scientists and ML engineers.
