Principal Product Manager - Human Data

Location: United States, Multiple Locations

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Define standards for human data collection and application in product decisions.
• Lead the evaluation program by designing frameworks and benchmarks for M365 Copilot's quality.
• Manage evaluation workforce operations, including vendor partnerships and training.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure reliable evaluation data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product management or software development.
• 3+ years of experience in human data or evaluation.
• Experience in AI research or data services is preferred.
