Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize language/coding/multimodal issues and collaborate with researchers for resolution.
  • Create novel data collection tasks for evaluating models and collecting training data.
  • Develop model prototypes to validate new feature directions.
  • Work closely with teams on infrastructure, data engineering, and product feedback.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • 2+ years of collaboration with model researchers and ML engineers.
  • Experience building and shipping data pipelines or evaluation systems.
