Responsibilities:
- Engage with strategic customers to deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 Contact Centers.
- Create solutions through hands-on prototypes and provide strategic guidance.
- Configure, deploy, and enable solutions within customer environments.
- Lead technical support during initial projects and mentor technical teams.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to refine the roadmap.
- Document learnings and educate internal teams and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years in technical program/product management.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Experience in building AI application stacks and conversational UX.
