Principal Product Manager - Dynamics 365 Contact Center

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with strategic customers to deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 Contact Centers.
• Create solutions through hands-on prototypes and provide strategic guidance.
• Configure, deploy, and enable solutions within customer environments.
• Lead technical support during initial projects and mentor technical teams.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to refine the roadmap.
• Document learnings and educate internal teams and partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years in technical program/product management.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Experience in building AI application stacks and conversational UX.
