Compensation:
CAD $142,400 - CAD $257,500/year
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end developer experience across notebooks, APIs, and AI-assisted tooling for Apache Spark workloads.
- Translate insights into product priorities to improve usability and productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance Spark capabilities.
- Advance AI-assisted developer workflows to reduce operational complexity.
- Represent the Spark developer experience in cross-team decision making.
- Embody Microsoft’s culture and values through collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience in product management or software development.
- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering in Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in product management or software development.
- Experience taking products to market and improving product metrics.
- Deep understanding of GIT and DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
