Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft’s Ads audience platform.
  • Build scalable infrastructure for audience activation across multiple surfaces.
  • Partner with data science teams to design machine learning audience models.
  • Drive experimentation to measure audience quality and performance.
  • Establish best practices for data-driven product development.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • Deep understanding of identity resolution and audience modeling.
  • 4+ years experience in building advertising audience solutions.
