Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft’s Ads audience platform.
- Build scalable infrastructure for audience activation across multiple surfaces.
- Partner with data science teams to design machine learning audience models.
- Drive experimentation to measure audience quality and performance.
- Establish best practices for data-driven product development.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- Deep understanding of identity resolution and audience modeling.
- 4+ years experience in building advertising audience solutions.
