Principal Product Manager - AI Governance (Azure AI Foundry)

This position is located in Redmond, Washington, requiring in-office presence 3 days a week.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Define the vision and strategy for AI Governance within Azure AI Foundry.
• Design governance experiences and integrate with Microsoft’s security and compliance stack.
• Translate AI regulations into actionable platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize ethical AI principles.
• Track success metrics and represent the product in executive forums.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years in product management or technical leadership roles.
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
