Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the design vision for Microsoft Calendar Copilot experiences.
  • Design end-to-end workflows for time management across various platforms.
  • Lead high-impact problem spaces balancing long-term vision with near-term delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to create shipped experiences.
  • Mentor designers to enhance quality and consistency across the design system.

Qualifications:

Required: Master's Degree in relevant field with 6+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience.

Preferred: Experience with prototyping, a strong portfolio, and a background in AI-powered experiences.
