Principal Product Designer

This role is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Define product needs based on user insights and ideate solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers, program managers, and data scientists.
• Lead production of visual designs and oversee design documentation.
• Guide communication with cross-disciplinary teams throughout design and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with significant experience in product design.
• Experience shipping products and delivering customer-focused design solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
