Compensation:

CAD $142,400 - CAD $257,500 per year

Overview:

As a Principal Product Designer, you will define specific product needs based on user insights, ideate solutions, and develop design concepts that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
  • Lead interactions with teams and ensure quality by driving QAs and overseeing visual designs.
  • Identify scenarios for interaction designs and improve product UX.
  • Guide communication with cross-disciplinary teams and influence buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative team members to define product features and deliver design results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field and significant experience in product or service design.
  • Ability to obtain Secret Level II security clearance from the Government of Canada.
  • Comfortable with travel into the US for customer collaboration.
