We are hiring a Principal Product Design Specialist to define specific product needs based on user insights to ideate to define solutions to meet user needs and create and develop design concepts and specifications that optimize the emotional and functional experience of a product, software, device, or service.

Responsibilities
  • You will deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring and be responsible for attracting and retaining great people.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 7+ years experience working in product or service design.

Product Design IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $165,600 - $296,400 per year.
