Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Overview:

As a Principal Platform Technical Program Manager, you will manage programs from early engineering development through validation and deployment, ensuring platforms meet performance and reliability standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Plan-of-Record (POR) and critical path across engineering, validation, manufacturing, and deployment.
  • Drive cross-org dependency management across multiple organizations.
  • Operate a disciplined risk/issue system to protect schedule and quality.
  • Partner with global manufacturing and supply chain to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with hardware, firmware, and software integration.
