Principal Machine Learning Engineering Manager - CoreAI

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a minimum of 3 days/week in-office.

Compensation:

USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of engineers and applied scientists, fostering technical excellence.
• Oversee design and deployment of customizable analyzers for multimodal content.
• Drive architecture and implementation of Memory API for agent personalization.
• Deliver high-value solutions for Azure customers.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams.
• Shape the roadmap for multimodal AI capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Expertise in multimodal AI and cloud platforms.
