Principal Hardware Technical Program Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Learn hardware product and datacenter roadmaps.
• Engage with engineering teams to optimize resources and schedules.
• Refine product requirements and drive closure on implementation decisions.
• Develop processes for daily operations and program execution.
• Communicate effectively to align stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
