This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a work schedule of 3 days in-office and less than 25% travel.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of system engineers responsible for system integration, validation, qualification, and debugging of complex hardware solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and coach team members in New Product Introduction efforts.
  • Drive issue resolution through technical problem solving across software, quality, and hardware engineering.
  • Collaborate with ODMs and design teams to develop validation execution plans for new technologies.
  • Mentor senior validation engineers in test plan creation and writing test cases.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with relevant experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in server systems/platforms development and validation.
  • Experience in technical leadership and people management.
  • Hands-on experience in server hardware validation architecture and automation.
