Principal Group Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $165,600.00 - $296,400.00 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow engineering teams responsible for the COSMIC Application Platform.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of platform capabilities, focusing on safety, availability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with product management and architects to translate priorities into delivered capabilities.
• Establish success metrics for platform adoption and developer experience.
• Mentor Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
