Principal Group Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of multi-tenant, enterprise class Storage and Analytics platform.
• Build solutions, create tools, and automate issue detection and diagnosis.
• Identify emerging trends and drive engineering opportunities to mitigate failures.
• Drive product improvements by filing impactful bugs and design change requests.
• Exhibit flexibility and manage through ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Communicate issues and recommendations clearly, demonstrating attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
