This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year

Overview:

We are looking for a Principal Group Engineering Manager to lead the Meeting Prep engineering team, which builds AI-driven tools to enhance meeting preparedness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop vision and strategy for Meeting Prep AI initiative.
• Ensure design and implementation align with long-term goals.
• Lead the engineering team to execute on the vision.
• Recruit and foster a diverse engineering team.
• Coach team leaders and engineers.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years of technical engineering experience.

Preferred:

• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools.
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in management.
