Overview:

As a Principal Group Engineering Manager, you will lead an engineering team to develop security strategies across critical services, collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders to assess risks and evolve defenses.

Responsibilities:

• Manage software engineering team in the design, development, and testing of new technologies.
• Build strategic partnerships to align cross-functional security and product teams.
• Provide technical leadership and develop engineering standards for high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment.
• Develop best practices for debugging and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of technical engineering experience.

Preferred: Master's Degree and 12+ years of experience, including 6+ years in people management.
