Overview:

Microsoft FastTrack delivers migration and deployment services to organizations adopting Microsoft 365. This Principal Group Engineering Manager is accountable for leading the transformation to a technology-augmented service platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the engineering roadmap for FastTrack.
  • Develop automation systems and intelligent orchestration capabilities.
  • Drive practitioner productivity and improve onboarding outcomes.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to align investments with platform priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience in coding with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • 6+ years of people management experience.
