Responsibilities:
- Lead the BIOS/UEFI development team, ensuring high-quality solutions across the Microsoft cloud fleet.

- Oversee new hardware development and compliance with BIOS/UEFI requirements.
- Manage planning and feature delivery using agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to establish innovative hardware solutions.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's in relevant fields with significant technical experience.
- 12–15+ years of experience in engineering management or technical lead roles.
- Proficient in low-level firmware development and project lifecycle management.
