Overview:

As a Principal Engineering Manager, you will work on the Power Platform connectors space, enabling secure access to enterprise and third-party systems. Your work will impact how agents authenticate and operate across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-performing team to deliver products and features with agility and quality.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture, design, and development.
  • Lead integration of AI-first development in the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
  • Mentor engineers and ensure the production of maintainable code.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience. Preferred: Master's Degree and 8+ years of experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
