Principal Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement to work in-office 3 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers to build scalable services.
• Oversee architecture, design, and implementation for scale and performance.
• Drive efficient service deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
• Coach and guide team on multiple projects.

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of technical engineering experience with proficiency in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
