Principal Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring in-office work 3 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

Build and manage an engineering team, drive architecture and implementation of core components for reliable computer-use agents on Windows and Linux, and establish technical roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience
• 5+ years of people management experience
