Principal Engineering Manager

This position is based in Bangalore, India, with a requirement for in-office work 4 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve technically complex issues across diverse Microsoft products.
• Mentor and educate software engineers through one-on-one mentoring and group sessions.
• Collaborate with program managers and developers to ensure customer success.
• Manage escalations and serve as the interface between customer leadership and Microsoft engineering leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong debugging and coding skills in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience leading incident management and escalations in high-severity environments.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging customers and executives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 4+ years of people management experience preferred.
